Lesson 2 of course “1000 most common words in Dutch” by Bart de Pau. Subject of this lesson: please (alsjeblieft) /thank you (dankjewel), yes (ja) /no (nee), personal pronouns (persoonlijke voornaamwoorden).
The course is aimed at beginners: for learning Dutch vocabulary fast and reaching quickly a basic words knowledge, without spending too much time on Dutch grammar.
Of each word, you see the dutch word and the english translation, and a picture. For learning Dutch pronunciation, each word is repeated twice.
Best way to do this course is:
– watch the video 1 or 2 times
– study the word list (see link above)
– do the test; repeat it if you made mistakes
– no mistakes in the test – then, you know a bit of dutch grammar personal pronouns, and how to say thank/please, yes/no in Dutch
– go to the next lesson !
